Screen printing, embroidery, DTF, design and finishing all run out of one 20,000 sq ft facility at 4120 Enterprise Ave in Naples, and our promotional products program is sourced, kitted and shipped from the same building. Decoration happens on our own presses and machines, run by our own crew, so an apparel order stays on this property from the proof you approve to the pack list on the sealed carton.
Screen printing starts at 50 pieces. Embroidery and DTF start at 12, and the three methods mix and match inside one order to reach your total, so embroidered hats and printed tees for the same program ship together on one purchase order. Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days once artwork is approved, and rush work is quoted case by case. We serve Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers, and ship nationwide for multi-location clients.
Screen Printing
ROQ automatic presses, PMS ink matching and specialty inks including puff, metallic, tonal and soft-hand. From 50 pieces up, on tees, hoodies, event runs and retail merch.
Embroidery
Barudan multi-head machines and in-house digitizing, from 12 pieces. Structured caps, polos, jackets and workwear, with 3D puff, appliqué, chenille and custom patches available.
DTF Printing
Full-color transfers with no screens and no color limits, from 12 pieces. The answer for photographic artwork, small staff runs and orders that mix garment types and sizes.
Finishing
Custom neck labels, sewn hem tags, folding, bagging, retail stickering and SKU labeling, so apparel leaves here shelf ready instead of in a bulk box.
Design
In-house artists who redraw a rough logo, prepare press-ready files and develop one idea into a full merch line. You approve a proof before anything prints or stitches.

How an Order Moves Through the Building
Six services in one building only helps if the handoffs between them are short. Here is the path a typical Naples order takes, from the first email to the boxes on your counter.
1. Quote and garment selection
Send the quantity, the garments you have in mind or the look you are after, and the date you need them. We come back with options that are actually in stock and the method that suits the artwork, so a short size run turns up now rather than the week of delivery.
2. Artwork and proof
Our design team cleans up the logo, rebuilds low-resolution files, digitizes embroidery in-house and preps the art for press. You get a digital proof showing true size and placement on the actual garment color before anything runs.
3. Decoration
Screen printing runs on ROQ automatic presses with PMS-matched ink and verified cure, embroidery on Barudan multi-head machines, and DTF is printed and pressed here on calibrated heat presses. Three methods on one floor and one schedule, so a hat, a polo and a tee for the same program come off the line together rather than as three separate deliveries.
4. Finishing and inspection
Neck labels, hem tags, folding, bagging, retail stickering and SKU labels happen in our finishing department, and every carton is counted against the pack list before it is sealed. Misprints and miscounts get caught here rather than by your customer. More on finishing.
5. Delivery, or leave it with us

What are your minimums?
Screen printing starts at 50 pieces. Embroidery and DTF start at 12. The methods mix and match inside one order to reach a total, so 12 embroidered hats, 20 embroidered polos and 30 screen printed tees is a single order rather than three separate ones — you do not have to reach 50 on screen printing by itself.
Which decoration method is right for my order?
Tell us the quantity, the garment and roughly what the art looks like, and we will recommend one. Broadly: embroidery for logos on structured pieces like hats, polos and jackets, screen printing for larger runs of graphics on tees and hoodies, and DTF for full-color or photographic art at smaller counts. You are not expected to know which before you call.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after artwork and proof approval. A brand-new embroidery logo adds a digitizing and sample step, so allow a little more the first time. Rush work is quoted case by case: if you have a hard date, say so while we are still choosing garments.
Do I need finished artwork to start?
No. A photo of an old shirt, a business card or a rough sketch is enough to begin. Our in-house design team rebuilds logos, draws artwork from scratch and prepares production-ready files for whichever method the job ends up using. See what our design team does.
