From the Press to the Pack List
Finishing is the stretch of the job most shops rush, because nobody asks about it and nobody sees it until the box is opened. We run it as its own station on the floor at 4120 Enterprise Ave, with its own checklist. Here is what a Naples order passes through after the ink is cured or the last stitch is trimmed.
1. Cure and cool
Screen printed pieces come off the dryer hot and are racked to cool before anyone folds them. A fold set into a warm garment leaves a crease that never fully hangs out, so the finishing tables never work straight off the end of the belt.
2. Inspect against the spec
Every piece is checked front and back for placement, registration, missed stitches, pinholes and mill defects that arrived in the blank. Anything off the standard is pulled here. That is the practical reason to finish in the same building we decorate in: a replacement is a walk across the floor, not a shipment back and forth.
3. Relabel
If your program calls for it, the manufacturer tag comes out and your own printed or woven neck label goes in, with a hem tag sewn into the side seam. It is the single change that makes a stock blank read as your brand.
4. Fold, bag and sticker
Retail fold for a shelf, a tighter fold for a mailer, clear or branded poly bag, size sticker on the outside so a stock room never opens a bag to check. You set the standard once and we keep it on file for the reorder.
5. Barcode and carton
UPC or SKU labels go on the unit, the bag or the carton, whichever your system reads. Cartons are packed by size run or by location, counted against the pack list, marked and sealed.
6. Ship or shelve
Finished cartons leave the dock for pickup or delivery across Collier and Lee County, ship out to a multi-location program, or stay here on our warehousing and fulfillment shelves to be picked and packed as orders come in.

What Naples businesses ask before they add finishing to a program.
Can you add finishing to apparel you did not decorate?
Usually yes, on goods we can inspect and account for. Send the quantity, the garment, what you need done and how it has to be packed, and we will tell you whether it is a fit before anything ships to us.
What is the minimum for finishing?
Finishing follows the minimum of the decoration it is attached to: 50 pieces for screen printing, 12 for embroidery and 12 for DTF. You can mix and match across methods to reach your total, so 24 embroidered polos plus 30 screen printed tees works as one order rather than two.
How much longer does finishing take?
Standard turnaround on most programs is 7–10 business days after proof approval, finishing included. Heavy relabeling, per-recipient kitting or a first run of hang tags can add a few days. Tell us your in-hands date at the quote and we will build the schedule backward from it. Rush is handled case by case.
Do you remove the manufacturer tag?
Yes, when the garment allows it. The mill tag is cut out and replaced with a printed or heat-applied label, or a woven label is sewn in. Care and content information has to stay with the garment, so it moves onto the replacement label or onto a sewn hem tag.
Can you apply our hang tags, bags and inserts?
Yes. Ship them here and we will store and apply them, or our design team can design them and we will have them produced if you do not have them yet. Either way, tell us before production starts so the packing station is set up for it.
Can you pack to the spec our retailer or warehouse requires?
Send us the packing spec or routing guide before the order runs and we will tell you what we can meet and what we cannot. Carton counts, label placement and carton markings get agreed up front, then repeated on every reorder.
Can you hold finished goods and ship them as we need them?
Yes. Finished cartons can move onto our warehousing and fulfillment shelves in the same building, and we release them by the case or by the single order as you call for them, with a running count of what is left.
Where do finished cartons go when they leave the floor?
Three ways out. You pick up at 4120 Enterprise Ave, Suite 103, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. We run the order out to you anywhere from Marco Island up through Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers. Or it ships, which is how multi-location programs get their own cartons to each site.
